8. Consider update on veteran services and governance, including a Memorandum of Understanding between the County Executive Office, Human Services Department, Veterans Services Office, and Veterans Leadership, and take related actions
9. Consider adopting resolution renewing the County’s uncodified ordinance that adopted and approved a Military Equipment Use Policy for the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office (Ord. 5435), make findings based on the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office Annual Military Equipment Report for 2025, and take related actions
10. Consider potential adoption of a Responsible Construction and Wage-Theft Ordinance, and take related actions
11. Hold a Tax and Equity Fiscal Responsibility Act Hearing for Park Haven Plaza in connection with the proposed issuance of bonds by the California Municipal Finance Authority in the amount of $16,000,000, and take related actions
