9. Consider accepting a report on the certification of the METRO Initiative Petition sufficiency and, if certified, select one of the options per Elections Code Section 9118, and take related actions

10. Hold public hearing to consider approving in concept an "Ordinance of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Santa Cruz Granting a Planned Unit Development as Allowed by Santa Cruz County Code Relating to the Establishment of Development Standards for Application No. 251276 (APNs 025-032-33, 025-032-34, and 025-032-35)” and adopting a Negative Declaration pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, and take related actions

11. Consider directing staff to work with the Third District to draft a ballot measure and associated ordinance to regulate development of artificial intelligence data centers and high-intensity computing facilities, and take related actions
